Trust me when I say, I have been there. Tired. Uncomfortable in my clothes. No clue where to start or what to eat. Lack of confidence. Clueless and desperate for a change.

We all have a turning point where we finally decide “enough is enough”. Mine came at Christmas of 2017 when I was 3 months postpartum and still in my maternity jeans, CRYING in my closet because nothing fit and I was unhappy with where I was headed. I am here to tell you, YOU CAN make the changes and GOSH THEY ARE WORHT IT!

Hi, I am Sam your new belief bestie who has a passion for helping women who are struggling with confidence, nutrition, and belief in themselves!

I am a wife, mom of 2, Christian, (former) middle school math teacher, & Founder of Dare to Believe. I started my journey in the online business industry as I simply shared my postpartum journey on social media. Realizing quickly, I wasn’t alone and so many woman were looking for the same solutions I was. Over the last 7 years, I have been able to help hundreds of women gain back control of their life and understand how to properly fuel their bodies!

I have a passion and calling in helping women gain confidence in their life and help them dare to believe in themselves again. I want to give belief & hope to women as they create healthier habits that will impact the next generation. I want to empower women to live a life they are obsessed with and feel most confident in! Through food, fitness, faith, and mindset. 

I also love to mentor women to take their passion to the next level by empowering them, giving them the tools and belief to transform their lives, and begin building amazing online businesses.
